Over the past couple of weeks, I have spent a lot of time with friends, talking and laughing and drinking coffee, among other things like playing pool and doing high tea. They’re memories I will treasure while I’m away from Melbourne, the only home I’ve ever truly known. There’s nothing like time and/or distance when it comes to being grateful for what you have. As that Rudimental song says, “we’ll wish we could come back to these days”. So, thank you to all of you who have said kind words to me and wished me well.
