This might be a tad late (but it’s early for Lunar New Year!!), but here’s my happy new year post to wish you all the best for this year ahead. I know I’ve already posted about my 2018 intentions, but I have photos I want to post from my New Year’s Eve, spent at a close friend’s home with some of the people I love best.
New Year’s Eve is a time for looking both backwards and forwards. We learn from the past and create a better future.
But, I’ve come to believe this past year that you don’t need a new year to grow or change or become a new you. The bad stuff will happen whatever year or week or day it is. Do what you are dreaming of NOW, and live every day as it comes. As the Nina Simone song, Feeling Good, goes:
It’s a new dawn; it’s a new day; it’s a new life…
